「よーし、ほぐしてから入れよう！」と手で揉んだら、麺がプツプツ切れてブチブチの短小麺になる悲劇……。<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">そんな試行錯誤の末に見つけた最適解、それが「茹でる前に鍋底の水でほぐす」という方法です！<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">やり方は簡単。ゆでる鍋の底にちょっと水を張り、その中で優しく麺を浸してほぐすだけ。ある程度ほぐれたなと思ったら取り出して、あとはそのまま水を足してグラグラ沸騰させればOK！　たったこれだけで、麺がブチブチ切れずに、ツルツル＆もちもちの理想的な状態に茹で上がります。<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p
